Christopher Anthony Surveyors are based in the London Borough of Hackney and are a dedicated team of Surveyors who specialise in Party Wall matters. Our core clients are building contractors, loft companies and basement contractors who require an efficient service and expect from us cost certainty. We have over the years developed relationships with Architects who also procure our services on behalf of their Clients.

Many Building Owners often have the Party Wall Act thrust upon them and with little understanding of the process and sign up for professional services they are unclear on.

At Christopher Anthony we offer free advice to Owners to see in the first instance if the Act applies at all. We are also happy to offer the same cost certainty to private Home Owners that we provide our core client base.
